Subject to evaluation, bats are warranted one year against defects such as: breaking, end cap coming out, knob coming loose, interior rattle, or denting. Please note: Bats are not deemed to be defective if they are abused, misused, or have had severe over use. Flagrant abuse could include evidence of hitting a fence, pole, rocks or use in a batting cage.

Some composite bats will change with use as the fibers and epoxy gradually break down. The speed and overall effect of this behavior depends on the severity of the impacts.

a. Contact customer service at 1-800-282-9637. Supply state, zip code and telephone number.
b. A Worth Sales Representative will contact you.
c. The Sales Representative will then determine if they do or do not have adequate coverage in your area. If he or she doesn't have adequate coverage in your area they will send you a credit application.
